We are pleased to announce that we now have someone in-house who is qualified in testing for background ventilation and air pressure testing.
Background ventilation testing is becoming compulsory from April 1st within the retrofit industry, and we are in a position to offer it as a service. These tests are carried out pre and post install and they will determine if the property requires ventilation or not. Air leakage in buildings typically accounts for a third of total space heat demand. Measuring air leakage allows you to understand and address these losses reducing energy costs.
