As of today the following update regarding the new RdSAP 10 Conventions Guidance, takes place for all Energy Performance Certificates (EPC`s) – Sales and Rental.
RdSAP 10 enhances the accuracy and relevance of EPCs, reflecting advancements in building technology and the UK’s net-zero carbon goals. This results in more comprehensive reports, requiring a more detailed assessment process and potentially impacting report turnaround times and costs.
There are over 30 changes for our energy assessors.
