These reports offer a detailed, expert assessment of a property’s condition and value, helping you make informed decisions and avoid costly surprises down the line.

Types of Surveyor Reports:

We offer several levels of home surveys, each suited to different property types and client needs. The options are as follows:

RICS Condition Report (Level 1)

Ideal for newer properties or homes in good condition. This is the most basic report and includes a summary of condition and any risks or legal issues, but does not include advice or a valuation.

RICS HomeBuyer Report (Level 2)

Suitable for conventional properties in reasonable condition. It provides a more detailed assessment of a property’s condition, advice on repairs and maintenance, and may include a valuation.

RICS Building Survey (Level 3)

Best for older, larger, or non-standard properties, or if you’re planning major renovations. This is the most comprehensive report, including an in-depth analysis of the property’s condition, defects, and options for repair.
